Personal Discovery and Planning Session - $395.00 - during this two part process, you discover the internal source of your inspiration, passion, and motivation.  We develop a formula especially designed for you that is available to inspire and empower you at any given moment as you move forward in achieving your life goals and dreams.  This session serves as the foundation and catalyst for ongoing future sessions.

The coaching experience starts with a dynamic two-part process that serves as a compass for your personal journey and the foundation for our  monthly coaching sessions:

Part 1 - (2 ½ - 3 hours)
During the first part of the process you discover the internal source of your personal power, passion and happiness. We develop a formula especially designed for you that is available to inspire and empower you as you move forward in aligning your life with your deepest values and heart's desires.

Part 2 - (1½ hours)
In the second part of the process you integrate and blend your new-found discoveries from our first session into a concrete and practical action plan that encompasses all the necessary components for your personal success, including:
• compelling commitments
• inspiring goals
• invigorating action steps
• healthy habits


Individual Monthly Sessions

Monthly rate - $200.00 - $500.00 - depending on the number of sessions you choose each month. 

Typically clients receive 2 - 4, 30 - 40 minute sessions each month, along with the support system, tools, and guidance needed to stay focused, energized, and inspired in between sessions.  For best results, I encourage a 3 month commitment and a minimum of 3 sessions per month.

Monthly Series Rates: 
$435.00 - 4 sessions (20% savings)
$345.00 - 3 sessions (15% savings)
$255.00 - 2 sessions (5% savings)
$135.00 - 1 individual session

• Purchase 3 months of coaching in advance and receive an additional 5% savings!
• E-mail and phone support available between sessions.
• All client materials included.
• Each monthly series to be completed within a 5 week time span. Sessions not completed within this time frame will be forfeited, with the exception of certain extenuating circumstances.

Life Purpose Session (2 1/2 hours)
In this session you get to the heart of what your true life legacy is - the difference your life will make on this planet. Finding and claiming your life purpose gives you powerful direction and the ability to live intentionally - not by accident. Capture the essence of what it means to be fully alive with a purpose in mind!

Life Purpose Session: $295.00 (typically done after the 3rd month of coaching)
